Shipping

Please allow up to three (3) business days from the time your order is placed to be processed and dispatched. Generally your orders are dispatched the next business day. All scooters are shipped directly from the manufactures warehouse to your door. By doing this we can offer you great deals on shipping and your orders are packed by the scooter professionals.

PLEASE NOTE:- Part orders can take considerably longer to be dispatched as often we need to have them ordered in from the Australian Razor importer which can often take 2-3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. So please allow up to 30 days for your part orders to arrive. We try our best to keep popular parts in stock so postage delays are minimized.

Your scooters will be delivered to your door by a courier. Delivery prices will be added to your cart at checkout and are often displayed with the product details.

Once your scooter is in the hands of our couriers your scooter will be delivered ASAP, however due to the great size of our country this could take up to seven (7) business days (after dispatch) or more. Please contact us if your scooter has not been delivered after ten (10) business days.
